Edward Longshanks
This weeks' article is about Edward I Longshanks, the Hammer of the Scots, and the man who kicked the crap out of the Medieval Welsh and incorporated their longbowmen into his army. He was a tough-as-nails rebel-massacring knight, a Crusader (who once survived being shanked in the back with a poisoned dagger), and the guy who basically started Parliament the way we know it today. I wanted to do something a little different this week though, so I did the article as a video that is posted above. I hope you like it.
